Starting at approximately 06:10 UTC on October 20, 2026, ThousandEyes observed an outage affecting Google Cloud's europe-west2 (London) region. During the incident, the region experienced a complete drop in availability, with network traffic unable to reach the service. Google acknowledged the incident on its status page and attributed the disruption to power-related issues. ThousandEyes observed services beginning to recover from approximately 11:30 UTC, with Google declaring the incident fully resolved at around 14:00 UTC.
